  Another beautiful dinner at Valentinas...my husband tried the lamb chops and I tried Branzino for the first time. It was prepared tableside by handsome Pietro and was outstanding. The highlight of the evening was Chef Rosana (hope I have the name correct) who came to our table and spoke to my husband in Italian. (He was born in Rome) Tim suggested our wonderful entrees and desserts. He was very sweet, too. We will become REGULARS from now on !
