  Not thrilled. I only made an appointment here because I was in the area for the day. The office attendant/check in person was eating and talking on the phone when we entered. (bad sign) She proceeded to give me a paperwork to fill out. While I was filling out paperwork I asked if there would be a co-pay and she stated that she believed there wouldn't because this was my first hearing test. Not the case ! I received a bill in the mail weeks later for $30.
  
  I completed the paperwork and was seen by the audiologist after about 20 minutes. She was friendly and the appointment was very brief. I was told that I have excellent hearing. She actually asked me, "Are you sure you are actually listening when people speak, maybe you just need to block out your surrounding and thoughts in your head? " Really !? This was a waste of my time and money.
